What are CCMC nurses?

CCMC nurses are professionals who have earned the Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC). These nurses specialize in case management, coordinating patient care, facilitating communication among healthcare providers, and advocating for patients to ensure they receive appropriate services.
