Job description

We specialize in the design, installation, service, and maintenance of commercial and industrial projects. As a design-build leader, our team has constructed and maintained mechanical systems for a wide variety of high-profile clients, including hospitals, data centers, manufacturers, hotels, universities, office buildings, and more.


CCI Mechanical, Inc. is looking for an ambitious and passionate person to join our sales team. The Service Sales Representative will specialize in closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts). This employee will be responsible for expanding CCI Mechanical’s book of business by selling service agreements to potential customers. If you are a team player and a dynamic go-getter, we want you on our team.


  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
  • Contact new customers to discuss needs (cold call, email, networking, site walks)
  • Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quoted
  • Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements
  • Pipeline management in CRM
  • Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to Sales Manager
  • Meet established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Incentive Plan
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a Sales Professional, including attendance at product and sales training events, participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/CCI Mechanical, etc.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Experience selling services (vs. products)
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
  • Strong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitude
  • Computer skills using Word and Excel
  • Reliable, self-driven, confident, articulate, and persuasive
