Job description

Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in educational settings, including those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Serve students in the Riverside and Perris areas and help cultivate meaningful communication skills that last a lifetime.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP licensure and valid ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Prior experience working in school environments strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and IEP process
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
  • Document progress and provide timely reporting to meet compliance standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of intervention strategies
  • Maintain detailed records and manage caseload efficiently

Position Details:

  • Full-time role, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Openings available for two SLPs in the Riverside area and one SLP in the Perris area
  • Commitment for the entire 2026-2027 academic year
