Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Vice President of Clinical Integration will be responsible for the direction of the agency efforts toward achieving Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) Status across the agency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES: The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification with or without an accommodation.   • Provides oversight of the agency's CCBHC implementation and operation.
  • Evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize staff productivity.
  • Assesses the needs of LifeStream and finds ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible
  • Complies with the regulations requiring a workplace of dignity and respect and equal employment opportunity compliance.
  • Works collaboratively with others and accepts constructive criticism from supervisors and managers.
  • Implementation of the CCBHC across the agency (includes AOT, and other services required for certification). Work with collaborative agencies to make and receive referrals.
  • Implements a patient-centered treatment approach across the agency.
  • Supervises and expands the integrated primary care services within the agency.
  • Supervises the CCBHC staff of therapists, care coordinators, and peers.
  • Supervises the CRS Care coordination/crisis intervention services.
  • Supervises the CRS Residential program.
  • Provides oversight of the Integrated Health services provided in the agency.
  • Works across programs to ensure clinical integration, timely access and quality of services.
  • Willingness to abide by the company's published rules and regulations.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human services is required. A master's degree in human services or a related field is preferred. A license is preferred.
  • Experience: At least five (5) years' experience working in the mental health and/or substance use field is required. Experience in a management or leadership capacity is preferred.
  • Driving Requirements:
    • Must be Over the age of 21 required
    • Minimum of 5-years driving experience required
    • Possess a Valid FL Driver's license (within 30 days of hire if currently do not possess)
    • Possess a continuously valid US Driver's license for the past three years, from date of issue required
    • Safe Driving record required

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Completes all requirements according to Individual Training Plan within the first six months of hire and annually. Other training and/or professional development may be assigned due to evolution of programs.
