Position Overview

As a Cross-Trained Chiropractic/Medical Assistant, you will be a vital connection point for patients and clinicians. You’ll support administrative front-office operations AND deliver clinical assistance during patient care. This hybrid role requires excellent communication, organization, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to enhance patient experience and operational flow.
Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Administrative Duties

  • Welcome patients warmly and professionally — in person and by phone
  • Check-in/check-out patients efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups across multiple providers
  • Collect payments, process insurance information, and manage co-pays
  • Maintain clean, organized front desk area
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Support engagement through patient reminders, recall systems, and education
  • Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software
Clinical / Medical Assistant Duties

  • Prepare patients for chiropractic and wellness treatments
  • Assist doctors during adjustments and medical procedures
  • Document clinical notes accurately and timely
  • Explain basic procedures and support patient comfort
  • Perform therapeutic applications under supervision
  • Clean and sanitize treatment areas between sessions
  • Inventory clinical supplies and assist with restocking
