Job Description

1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with more than 15 years of experience, providing its services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in Miami three-county area.

We are looking for a supervisor to join our team. We are looking for service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, team player, highly motivated, energetic, that love cars and are interested in working full-time.

Supervisor are expected to:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the valet parking service.
  • Supervise valet attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure guests receive a positive first and last impression.
  • Monitor vehicle flow, ensuring timely parking and retrieval.
  • Train new valet attendants on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the valet area to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage and secure vehicle keys, ensuring proper tagging and storage.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or operational challenges to upper management.
  • Assist with valet parking duties during peak hours if needed.
  • Ensure valet attendants adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Schedule is 40 hours per week from 3 pm to 11 pm with 1 shift from 11 pm to 7 am (including weekends)
  • Hotel experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • One year of experience as a supervisor in valet parking.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Drive stick shift vehicles
  • Ability to run and remain standing for extended periods of time
