Description
St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Parish.
  • Must be a highly skilled multi-tasker who operates in an ever-changing environment.
  • Will work closely with the Pastor and all Staff members.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be a Catholic in good standing,
  • three or more years of administrative experience,
  • knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, Canva),
  • possesses strong teamwork skills,
  • adapt to changing priorities and respond to requests in a customer service-oriented manner.
  • Ability to organize, work independently, maintain confidentiality and present in a courteous and professional manner.

This is a full time (35 hours) position. Successful Applicant will have a background check and must attend a VIRTUS training class.
