Key Responsibilities - Behavioral Health RN (Home Health)
  • Perform in-home behavioral health and psychiatric nursing assessments, including mental status and safety evaluations
  • Deliver skilled home health nursing interventions, including medication management and symptom monitoring

Qualifications - Behavioral Health Nurse (RN)

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and therapeutic communication
  • Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Ventura County
