These nurses provide patient care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and support both patients and physicians in clinical settings. They are expected to uphold the ethical and religious directives of Catholic healthcare, emphasizing compassion, dignity, and holistic care. In addition to clinical duties, Catholic Health RNs often participate in patient education and advocate for patient needs within the framework of Catholic health principles.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a Catholic Health RN?

To thrive as a Catholic Health RN, you need a solid nursing education, active RN licensure, and a strong background in clinical care and patient assessment.
