As a 231-bed non-profit skilled nursing facility, we provide high-quality long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and a newly renovated, state-of-the-art memory care program. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality, resident-centered therapy services within our sub-acute and skilled nursing facility.
