Job description

Overview

We are seeking an Executive Director (LALD) for Epiphany Senior Housing in Coon Rapids, a community managed by Catholic Eldercare! The Epiphany campus has a 74-unit Assisted Living with Dementia Care facility, as well as an adjoining 107-unit Independent Living facility.

Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position that generally works business hours Monday-Friday onsite.

About our community

Epiphany Senior Housing is a stand-alone senior care campus in Coon Rapids offering services in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The senior care community is attached to Epiphany Catholic School & The Church of the Epiphany and is surrounded by nature in a beautiful and serene setting.

Responsibilities

The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership and operations of the licensed Assisted Living with Dementia Care facility and Independent Living facility. This position manages and supervises all aspects of the community operations, including marketing, programming, financial, regulatory, and resident service functions, as well as provides key metrics and updates to the Board of Epiphany Senior Housing. As the Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) for the facility, this position is ultimately responsible for the 24/7 oversight of all facility operations.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board, required.
  • 3+ years of senior housing management experience in a community offering Memory Care, Assisted Living and Elderly Waiver preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in health administration or related field, preferred.
  • Experience with Eldermark software preferred.
  • Experience/exposure with budgeting and financial management.
