Job description

Owensboro Catholic High School is seeking applicants for the following coaching position for the 2026-2027 school year:
Head Softball Coach โ€“ OCHS
OCHS is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Head Softball Coach in running all team activities. This position will help with the development of the program by working closely with students on skill development, teamwork, and leadership. Some experience as a competitive softball coach at the high school or college level preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively with students, staff, administration, and parents. Candidates must meet qualifications to be a KHSAA coach. Preferred practicing Catholic.
Must be at least 21 years of age and preferably 64 college hours.
The successful candidate must pass criminal background check and complete safe environment training for the Diocese of Owensboro before employment can be granted.
