Elzly Technology Corporation (Elzly) is seeking a full-time employee to assist in performing cathodic protection inspections within the city of Philadelphia extending through South Jersey. Work sites are throughout the city of Philadelphia and South Jersey, with office location being the Philadelphia Navy Yard or Vineland.
Elzly is 100% employee-owned subsidiary of KTA-Tator, Inc., a growing consulting-engineering firm that provides technical and subject matter expertise for the prevention and control of corrosion. Culturally, we focus on providing our customers a valuable service while creating an enjoyable and professional organization, allowing employees maximum opportunity to express their individual talents and participate in professional development activities through in-house, hands-on, formal training, and certifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • AMPP CP1 - Cathodic Protection Test (formerly NACE CP1) OR AMPP CP2 - Cathodic Protection Technician (Formerly NACE CP2) Certification
    • Candidates without these credentials are welcome to apply, but must be willing to become certified (paid for by Elzly)
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required (paid mileage offered). Long term company vehicle can be provided based on performance.
  • Relevant hands-on cathodic protection experience
  • Functional in the use of Cathodic protection inspection equipment and troubleshooting of various CP protection systems

Pay Range: $35.00-40.00/hour with comprehensive benefits package and per diem for travel. Hourly rate is based on experience and certifications.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform cathodic protection inspections, read drawings for test station locations, and record data. Writing, speaking, seeing and hearing are also required, however, accommodations can be made for a qualified candidate.
