Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Day shift, working 4x10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:30. Overnight, weekend, and holiday call required.
Job Description
The Cath Lab Registered Nurse will provide care in a fast-paced environment, assisting with various procedures and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. This role may involve occasional floating to similar units as needed by the facility.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in interventional and diagnostic procedures within the Cath Lab.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures ensuring proper care and safety.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and manage procedural sedation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams providing optimal patient care.
  • Archive and document patient information accurately using Epic charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required at the time of submission.
  • Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required.
  • Electrophysiology (EP) experience is a plus.
