Cath Lab Tech - Invasive Cardiology
Location
Nashville, TN
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
M-F 07:00 - 15:30 (call every other week - a week on, and a week off)
Job Description
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Cath Lab Tech. The candidate will be responsible for providing invasive cardiology services, supporting various procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, along with managing specialized equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Performing invasive cardiology procedures and monitoring patients.
  • Utilizing advanced equipment such as IABP, IMPELLA, OCT, IVUS, and FFR.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the healthcare team and ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Documenting procedures accurately using the Mac Lab and Meditech systems.
Required Experience / Certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS required.
  • Invasive cardiology scrub experience with monitoring experience preferred.
