How you'll contribute

A Manager (RN) - Cath Lab who excels in this role:

You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care by developing and implementing department policies, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, and managing day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. What we're looking for 
Applicants should be graduates of an RN program and hold a current nurse's license in the state of Pennsylvania or a current multistate license (MSL) from compact member states/territories. Additional requirements include:

  • Associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an outpatient setting (Cath Lab, Operating Room, Recovery Room, etc.)
  • More than five (5) years of experience in an outpatient setting (Cath Lab, Operating Room, Recovery Room, etc.); Knowledge of access database. Preferred
  • Current nurse's license in the state of Pennsylvania or a current multistate license (MSL) from compact member states/territories. Current and must maintain ACLS and CPR certifications.
