At Quinn, you'll work with industry-leading Caterpillar equipment, gain valuable mechanical experience, and build a long-term career with one of the top-performing Caterpillar dealerships in the world.

Pay

$16.90 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and equipment storage areas.
  • Assist customers and team members with loading and unloading equipment.
  • Check equipment in and out while inspecting for proper operation and condition.
  • Answer customer questions regarding equipment and rentals.
  • Wash and prepare equipment using pressure washers and steam cleaning equipment.
  • Move materials and equipment throughout the facility.
  • Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment (training provided as needed).
  • Assist technicians with basic maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Receive and organize new equipment deliveries.
  • Apply identification numbers and prepare equipment for service or rental.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and moving equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Forklift or equipment experience is helpful but not required.
  • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
