Our client is seeking an Area Senior Catering Sales Manager to lead catering and conference services for multiple hotel properties. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing business strategies, and overseeing the successful execution of group meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, hotel leadership, and internal teams.
  • Strong Catering Sales expertise with a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic planning, budgeting, revenue management, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, including pricing, forecasting, sales strategy, and inventory management.
