Summary:

Requirements/Expectations:

  • Must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great communication skills. 
  • Work efficiently while multitasking.
  • Must be organized
  • Takes initiative 
  • Must be willing to work around and with food, focused on preparing and serving food that meets Chick-fil-A quality expectations. 
  • Availability Monday-Saturday 
  • Must be 21 years or older and have a clean driving record in order to deliver catering orders.  
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Will be cross-trained to help Front Counter and the Kitchen when there are no catering orders/ the store is busy. 

Job Description:

As a member of the Catering team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Carrying food offsite to local businesses, schools, etc. in the area
  • Preparing food onsite at our restaurant.  
  • Selling food items offsite
  • Communicating with the kitchen team
  • Implementing catering systems to ensure the food meets standards and regulations
  • Communicating with guests over the phone 
  • Placing guests order in person and/or over the phone. 
  • Creating connections
