Job Description Job Title: Marketplace Catalog Contractor Reports To: Marketplace Operations Manager Location: Bolingbrook, IL Duration: Contract About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Catalog Contractor to support the creation, management, and optimization of digital product content for an eCommerce platform. This role plays a key part in driving online traffic and conversion by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and engaging product listings. You will collaborate with internal teams and external brand partners to gather and manage product information, ensuring a seamless and compelling online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities Partner with category managers and brand vendors to collect and manage product content, including copy, images, videos, attributes, and technical specifications Build, update, and maintain product listings across the eCommerce platform, including product setup, updates, and removal Ensure all products are properly categorized according to current taxonomy standards Apply and uphold content style guidelines to maintain a best-in-class digital experience Optimize product content using SEO best practices, including product descriptions and metadata Utilize eCommerce tools and platforms (including Mirakl or similar systems) to manage digital content Identify and resolve site issues impacting the customer experience Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Ensure all content aligns with go-live timelines and quality standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or content management preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Experience with eCommerce platforms, content management systems, or data management tools preferred Familiarity with Mirakl or similar marketplace platforms is a plus Exceptional attention to detail, especially in writing, editing, and content accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot digital content issues Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us.
