Erie, PA - Casual ; Hourly, Non-Exempt
Starting pay: $25.50/hour - $33.00/hour; depending on shift and experience

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized service plans for community residents. The role s upervises, and provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
  • Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing from the state of Pennsylvania .
  • Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
  • Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
  • Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
  • Dementia care experience preferred
  • Maintains CPR certification
