The Speech Pathology Group & Rehab Services of CT is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want the flexibility to work when it fits their lives.     As a BCBA supporting local school districts throughout Connecticut, you may:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide classroom consultation and behavioral support
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations
  • Train and support school staff
  • Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and professional standards
  • Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Connecticut licensure/certification as applicable
  • Schoolbased, pediatric, or ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping students succeed
