Position Overview

Staffing Solutions Home Care Nurses America Inc is seeking a detail-orientedย Recruiting & Credentialing Administratorย to manage credential verification and compliance documentation for nurses and caregivers across multiple states.

This role focuses exclusively onย credentialing and regulatory complianceย to ensure all staff meet required documentation standards before activation in the scheduling system.

This position is classified asย Non-Exempt (Hourly)ย and eligible for overtime in accordance with federal and state law.

What You'll Do

  • Verify nursing and caregiver licenses through state licensing boards
  • Confirm certifications such as CPR, TB testing, and other required credentials
  • Conduct OIG/GSA exclusion checks
  • Maintain secure digital credential files
  • Track expiration dates and send renewal reminders
  • Ensure staff documentation is complete before scheduling activation
  • Initiate onboarding workflow in internal systems upon hiring authorization from the Founder/CEO
