CTG is seeking to fill an Associate Producer position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Overview

Associate Producer supporting global, multi-channel content production in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Role partners with Senior Producers and cross-functional teams to execute high-volume, premium brand content across digital and broadcast platforms. Strong opportunity for growth into independent production ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end production of global brand content across digital and media channels
  • Partner with Creative, Production, Strategy, Design, Project Management, and Procurement teams to deliver on brief, on time, and on budget
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, estimates, spec sheets, and vendor coordination
  • Track budgets, actualize costs, and support production reporting and wrap documentation
  • Coordinate voice-over casting, booking, and contract execution
  • Manage asset organization, version control, and distribution across stakeholders
  • Support scripting updates, compliance edits, rough cuts, QC, and final delivery
  • Compile and archive final assets and completion reports
  • Operate in a global production environment with flexible hours and occasional weekend or cross-time-zone work
Core Skills
  • Adobe Premiere (basic editing, string-outs, duplication)
  • Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge)
  • Microsoft Office, OneDrive, SharePoint (advanced proficiency)
