WE LOVE OUR WORK.
The casino services supervisor supervises the casino services department. They assist the casino services manager with assigning work, training, rewarding and disciplining team members.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes daily checklists, reconciles payroll punch detail, completes all personnel paperwork as needed, and completes scheduling
- Monitors sign in book for verification of shift times, break times, and overtime
- Maintains attendance records to ensure compliance with Lost Time Policy
- Keeps special event reservation system updated by monitoring reservations requests, obtaining authorization, and inputting reservations
- Coordinates with Receiving on shipments and inventory
- Oversees Marketing promotions and events
- Responsible for monitoring ACD phone calls
- Counts and verifies team member's banks (Retail)
- Completes team member observation worksheets and gives immediate feedback
- Maintains inventory of supplies, forms, promotional items, and retail inventory
- Maintains Comment Cards and Brochure inventory
- Oversees Club Hollywood Card process as well as card upgrades
- Manages duplicate account combination, link, and unlink process
- Supervises entry issuance for cash giveaway sweepstakes
- Maintains special event count sheets
- Inputs special events into the casino system for analysis
- Coordinates marketing event and entertainment contracts
- Communicates capacity numbers to Casino Shift Managers and Security Control
- Completes Daily Casino Guest Report and communicates information to required departments
- Communicates current and future casino promotions to team members and guests
- Coordinates Monthly Marketing Calendars between Casino Hosts and Casino Services

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age
- College degree or equivalent work experience related to supervision or business
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
