Responsibilitiesย 

As a Casino Player Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving incremental gaming revenue through targeted VIP acquisition, player retention, reactivation strategies, and relationship management. You will cultivate andย maintainย strong relationships with high-value players,ย deliveringย personalized service and curated onboard experiences that enhance guest satisfaction, build loyalty, and encourage repeat business. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach combined with a strong focus on maximizing player value and overall gaming performance.ย 

Essential Functions:ย 

  • Revenue Generation:ย Drive incremental gaming revenue through targeted acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies aligned with departmental and organizational goals.ย 

  • VIP Player Acquisition:ย Activelyย identifyย and recruit new high-value players through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and strategic relationship building within the Northeast market.ย 

  • Relationship Development:ย Build andย maintainย long-term relationships with premium guests to increase player value, loyalty, and share of wallet.ย 

  • Product & Experience Promotion:ย Promote Margaritaville at Seaโ€™s casino offerings, including player club benefits, promotions,ย special events, and hosted onboard experiences to drive participation and engagement.ย 

  • Strategic Account Planning:ย Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to maximize player engagement, cruise frequency, onboard spend, and overall gaming revenue.ย 

  • Guest Engagement & Communication:ย Maintainย consistent and meaningful contact with VIP guests through phone, email, and in-person interactions to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.ย 

  • VIP Experience Coordination:ย Coordinate and deliver VIP amenities, complimentary offers, hosted experiences, and onboard eventsย in accordance withย company guidelines and guest preferences.ย 

  • Event Hosting & Representation:ย Host and attend casino promotions,ย special events, and hosted sailings,ย representingย the brand and enhancing the VIP guest experience.ย 

  • Data & CRM Utilization:ย Leverage CRM systems, player tracking tools, and casino analytics toย monitorย player activity, assess worth, andย identifyย growth opportunities within the portfolio.ย 

  • Performance Analysis:ย Regularly review guest data, player trends, and performance metrics to inform strategy,ย optimizeย outreach, and drive revenue-focused decisions.ย 

  • KPI Tracking & Reporting:ย Ensureย timelyย andย accurateย reporting of account activity and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned portfolio performance.ย 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:ย Maintainย strong communicationย and partnerships with onboard and shoreside teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and support businessย objectives.ย 

  • Compliance & Standards:ย Ensure all guest interactions and hosted activitiesย comply withย company policies, regulatory requirements, and gaming standards.ย 

  • Additional Responsibilities:ย Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support casino operations and player development initiatives.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in casino operations or player development may be considered in lieu of a degree.ย 

Experience:ย 

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in casino player development, VIP hosting, sales, or a related role within gaming, hospitality, or travel industries. Proven experience managing VIP or high-value customer relationships isย required.ย 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:ย 

  • Strong understanding of casino operations, player development strategies, and VIP hostingย practicesย 

  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow relationships with high-value or VIP customersย 

  • Knowledge of player reinvestment, theoretical loss (Theo), and customer worth evaluationย 

  • Ability to drive revenue through targeted acquisition, retention, and reactivation effortsย 

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills with a focus on achieving revenue goalsย 

  • Experience using CRM systems, player tracking tools, and casino analytics platformsย 

  • Ability to analyze player data,ย identifyย trends, and translate insights into actionable strategiesย 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individualsย 

  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills in both one-on-one and group settingsย 

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and prioritize effectivelyย 

  • Ability to work independently whileย maintainingย strong collaboration with cross-functional teamsย 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive guest information with discretionย 

  • Knowledge of the Northeast gaming market, competitive landscape, and player behavior is preferredย 

  • Understanding of gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming practicesย 

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with changing prioritiesย 

  • Willingness to travelย frequentlyย and attend events, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysย 

  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and performanceย 

Physical Demands:ย Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.ย 

Travel:ย ย Periodicย travel onboard company vessels may beย required.ย 

Work Conditions:ย Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.ย 

Position is fully remote, but candidates mustย be located inย South Florida (Broward or Miami-Dade County).ย
