Physical Therapist / Practice Owner Opportunity

Location: Anytime Fitness โ€“ Fort Myers, FL

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking to grow your own practice without the expense and risk of opening an entire clinic?

We have a unique opportunity available inside one of Fort Myers' most established fitness facilities. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Physical Therapist who would like to build or expand their business by operating out of a private treatment room located within Anytime Fitness.

With over 1,000 active members, a strong focus on health and wellness, and a steady flow of individuals seeking help with mobility, pain management, injury recovery, balance, strength, and healthy aging, this space offers the potential to develop a thriving practice while remaining fully independent.

This opportunity is ideal for a PT who enjoys building relationships, networking, and creating their own schedule and services.

What We Offer

  • Private treatment room within an established fitness facility
  • Access to a health-conscious member base
  • Opportunities for referrals and collaboration
  • Flexible schedule and business model
  • Professional, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Potential to offer cash-pay services, injury prevention programs, mobility training, balance assessments, recovery services, workshops, and more

Who We're Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow a practice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for helping people move, feel, and perform better
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently
  • Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, wellness, balance training, or injury prevention is a plus

Why This Opportunity Is Different

This is more than simply renting treatment space. It's an opportunity to become part of a community focused on helping people live healthier lives.

Whether you're an established therapist looking for a satellite location, transitioning to a cash-pay model, or seeking a lower-risk way to start your own practice, we'd love to hear from you.

Tell us about your background, the services you offer, and your vision for building your practice.
