Our Associates understand the challenges startup and scale up tech companies face in Canada and how RBCx can help leverage capital and non-capital solutions. They are critical members of a results-oriented team and partner with AVP, Relationship Management to design customized solutions that align sales, products, risk policy, and market strategies. They're driven and passionate in engaging and partnering with tech companies while continuously learning and developing their skills in this support role.

This role will work from the in office 3 to 4 days a week.

What will you do?

  • Partner with AVP, Relationship Management to identify, plan and execute solutions forour tech clients with a focus on day-to-day banking and cash management solutions.

  • Own the client onboarding experience by understanding the client's business model and cash management needs, leading the KYC and AML processes, and partnering with Treasury Solutions Specialists, Deposit Specialists, CNB Relationship Teams, and others to deliver value beyond banking.

  • Become a trusted partner to our tech clients and play a role in their growth journey through needs discovery and solution development.

  • Apply a continuous-improvement approach to delivering a superior client experience.

  • Create deep and meaningful relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized at all times - whether they're a startup, scale up, entrepreneur or venture capitalist.
