Accounts Receivable / Commissions Specialist
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $23-$24/hour

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Commissions Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-volume transactional data, investigating discrepancies, and supporting commission calculations while maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.
Responsibilities
  • Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, chargebacks, and deductions
  • Reconcile customer accounts and AR balances
  • Assist with commission calculations, validations, and reporting
  • Review commission data for accuracy and investigate variances
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding commission and payment-related questions
  • Prepare aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate records and support month-end close activities
  • Perform account reconciliations and data analysis using Excel
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Experience supporting commissions, incentive calculations, or related reporting preferred
  • Strong understanding of cash applications, deductions, chargebacks, and account reconciliations
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
