Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the personal injury case process. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases, communicating with clients, and coordinating with medical providers and insurance companies.

This role is essential in ensuring cases move efficiently and clients receive excellent service throughout their claim.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates and gather information

  • Request and organize medical records and bills

  • Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case

  • Assist attorneys in preparing demand packages and case documentation

  • Track treatment progress and follow up with clients regarding medical care

  • Maintain accurate and organized case files within the case management system

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, depositions, and other case-related activities



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of personal injury case management experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
