The Role


We are seeking a Case Manager to join our high-energy legal team. This position offers significant opportunities for long-term career development within our growing practice.


Required Experience


  • 2+ years in personal injury case management
  • Comprehensive case handling from treatment through settlement
  • Settlement negotiation skills
  • Assisting clients with treatment coordination
  • Client management and communication per Standard Operating Procedures
  • Delivering 5-star, justice-driven service
  • Ability to achieve KPI metrics
  • Proven experience in a high-volume professional setting
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with effective deadline management

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
