Job description

The Case Processing Manager II manages a team of approximately 21 staff members within the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program in Naples. The role involves developing and implementing operational plans, providing leadership and coaching to team members, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring high productivity and customer service standards.
