Position Overview

Serene Reflections Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position is designed for licensed professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care to clients in an outpatient setting. Work Environment

This position will be conducted in a fully remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to inform treatment plans.
  • Prepare diligently for client sessions by reviewing case notes and relevant research on client issues to provide tailored interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, both written and electronic, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including attending clinical staff meetings to discuss case progression and treatment efficacy.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to support client healing.
  • Write detailed case notes, assessments, and treatment plans that reflect client progress and therapeutic objectives.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions and peer consultations to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
  • Research and apply best practices in mental health treatment and maintain a current knowledge of mental health issues and relevant legislation.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies to provide comprehensive support services for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will be instrumental in fostering trust and rapport, providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs. Your contributions will actively drive positive changes in clients’ lives, enabling them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a similar field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) per Washington regulations.
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for establishing rapport with clients.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party background check.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting, with familiarity in using telehealth platforms.
  • Previous engagement in supervision or mentoring roles within a therapeutic environment.
  • Knowledge of local resources and community services to enhance client treatment plans.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
