Workdays: Monday - Friday
Customary Hours: 8:30a - 5p(*Hours are extended when workload is increased.)
Case Managers directly support participants in the Franklin Trades Academy, assisting them in overcoming barriers and tracking their progress through training and employment. This role emphasizes participant advocacy and collaboration with unions and employer partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Participant Support:
- Conduct weekly and monthly follow-ups with participants to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Provide individualized coaching to help participants navigate barriers such as transportation and housing.
- Facilitate group check-ins to foster community and accountability among participants.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with union and employer partners to address workplace concerns and support participant retention.
- Coordinate with the intake coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for new participants.
Compliance:
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes for all assigned participants.
- Submit weekly reports on participant progress and service delivery metrics.
- Ensure all participant records are up to date and audit ready.
