  • Manage a caseload of up to 50 active participants while ensuring quality services and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain engagement through in-person meetings, phone calls, text messages, and virtual communication.
  • Assess, coordinate, monitor, and document approved supportive services necessary for successful participation.
  • Complete timely case notes, data entry, document uploads, and file maintenance in CalJOBS and other systems.
  • Conduct regular participant follow-up to monitor engagement, attendance, measurable skill gains, credential attainment, and employment outcomes.
  • Provide resources and coordinate interventions and referrals to prevent recidivism, address participant crises, and promote long-term stability.
  • Collaborate with training providers, educational partners, employers, and internal staff to support participant success and job placement activities.
  • Assist with performance tracking, reporting, audits, monitoring, and other administrative duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess these qualifications:

  • Hands on experience working with justice-involved individuals, at-risk young adults, or underserved communities in workforce development, case management, or social services preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, or another closely related field preferred.
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English required, multilingual abilities in either Spanish or Hmong preferred.
  • Valid California driver's license, personal vehicle insurance, and source of reliable transportation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, including English Language Learners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CalJOBS data entry.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, proofreading, and editing.
  • Knowledge of WIOA and workforce development programs strongly preferred.
