Job description

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate Direct Care Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting; assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, and helping them live their best life. 

Full time and part time options are available in West Stockbridge, North Adams, Adams, Williamstown, and more.

Pay: $20/hour, paid weekly

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older

Reliable transportation

HS Diploma/GED or one year in the field 

Shifts: Full Time and Part Time options - Day, evening, and night shift options are available, and vary by location

Job Duties:

·         Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth striving to obtain their goals

·         Provide and maintain safe home environment

·         Plan, implement and document teaching plans/strategies
