Job description

Role: Case Management Assistant

Location: 1601 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek, CA 94598

Contract Duration: 13 weeks of assignment with possible extension

Pay Rate: Up To $28.35/hr

Work Schedule: 40hrs/week

Shift: 8hrs; Day Shift from 8:30am - 5:00pm

MUST HAVE:

  • High School level or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree
  • BLS (American Heart Association)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years experience in health care acute-inpatient, Healthcare - ambulatory
  • Knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
  • Ability to learn and navigate Electronic Health Record/EPIC and Allscripts system
