What is a case coordinator?

A case coordinator is a person who works in health care or social work, helping clients implement a care plan and utilize resources available to them. Job duties include meeting with clients and their care providers to determine the best course of action for each. A case coordinator may also provide clients with educational resources that will help them manage their care. Career qualifications often include postsecondary education in social work or a health care field, work experience, and communication skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a case coordinator, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Case Coordinator, you need strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a background in social work, healthcare, or a related field, often requiring a bachelor's degree.
