Sterile Processing Technician

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire

Pay Rate: $1,400 To $1,520/Week

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Varied days/evenings

Experience: Minimum 3 years required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician for a 13-week contract opportunity in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role supports decontamination, preparation, packaging, sterilization, case cart management, and safe handling of reusable instruments, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination duties and process reusable instruments, supplies, and equipment

• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare instrumentation for sterilization and surgical use

• Operate departmental equipment and complete quality assurance checks accurately

• Prepare scheduled, STAT, emergency, and backup case carts for operating room needs

• Maintain clean work areas, follow PPE guidelines, and support proper stock rotation and inventory readiness

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Sterile Processing or Central Sterile Supply experience required

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Registered CSR Tech or Certified Central Service Technician status preferred

• Strong knowledge of decontamination, sterilization, instrument handling, and case cart preparation required

• Must be available for varied day/evening shifts and understand up to 16 hours of orientation may be unpaid
