Position Title: Lead Folder Gluer Operator
Department: Finishing
Reports To: Production Manager
Position Summary
We are hiring experienced folder gluer operators who can run high-speed carton production with precision and consistency. This position requires strong setup skills, mechanical understanding, and the ability to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate high-speed folder gluers
  • Ensure proper glue application and carton integrity
  • Optimize belt timing, compression, and folding accuracy
  • Reduce waste during setup and production
  • Monitor output and maintain tight quality tolerances
  • Lead line personnel
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and glue system issues
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years operating folder gluers in folding carton production
  • Experience with high-speed, straight-line and specialty cartons
