Position Summary...As a Stockperson / Cartpusher, you play an important role in creating a safe, organized, and welcoming shopping experience for customers. You are responsible for collecting shopping carts from cart corrals, the parking lot, and the store perimeter and returning them to designated storage locations using approved procedures. Through friendly customer interactions and a strong focus on safety, this role supports smooth store operations while building valuable skills in retail, teamwork, and customer service.What you'll do...

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Customer Service Operations
Collect shopping carts from cart corrals, the parking lot, and store perimeter, and return them safely to designated storage areas using Walmart approved procedures. Ensure required logs are completed accurately.
Respond to Customer and Store Needs
Respond promptly to requests from all registers and Customer Service, including assisting customers with carry outs and carry ins and verifying receipts for proof of purchase when required.
Maintain Clean Facilities and Equipment
Perform occasional cleaning and maintenance duties, including restrooms, while following established guidelines for chemical handling, proper disposal procedures, and safe use of power equipment. Complete required equipment inspections before use.
Follow Safety Standards and Procedures
Adhere to all safety and emergency protocols, including hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogen guidelines, to maintain a safe environment for customers and associates.
Promote a Safe and Hazard Free Work Environment
Use required personal protective equipment, including steel toe footwear and a reflective vest, complete safety sweeps as required, and follow Company policies and procedures to support a clean, safe workplace.
Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
