JOB SUMMARY: Carry Out is a HUGE sector of our business. Therefore, we have an entire To Go Team in charge of providing a Famous experience to our carryout guests. Our To Go Specialists are the face of the overall carry out experience. Our To Go Team is responsible for interacting with the guest, taking the guests’ order in person and on the phone, packaging orders and cash handling. We train to fame and prepare our To Go Specialists with the tools they need to provide a fun and friendly experience. Energy, salesmanship, confidence and teamwork are a must! Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
