About Our Family

We are a dynamic and close-knit family of four (six if you count our college kid and lovable 5-year-old Doodle!) that thrives on creativity, connection, humor, and a strong sense of mutual respect. With 2 teens at home and 2 parents working from home offices, our home is full of energy.

As a neurodivergent/ADHD household, we value flexibility, patience, and thoughtful structure. We thrive on systems that allow us to stay organized and efficient without feeling constrained. We place a strong emphasis on empathy and communication, and we understand that maintaining a harmonious home is a shared effort. We're seeking someone who is not only capable but also excited and experienced in creating ADHD-friendly home systems to keep us on track.

Our ultimate goal is to spend more time together as a family, in nature, and on our favorite hobbies, without the stress of day-to-day logistics weighing us down. We are looking for someone who can help us make this vision a reality by keeping our home running smoothly, allowing us to focus on what truly matters: spending quality time together and supporting each other's passions and growth.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a highly organized, proactive, flexible, and experienced house manager with a natural ability to build and maintain systems that not only work for the long term but are flexible, ADHD-friendly, and easy for others to manage. You have a sharp eye for detail and are dedicated to crafting systems that are functional yet adaptable, ensuring they fit seamlessly into a dynamic household.

You bring a calm, thoughtful, and friendly approach to everything you do, balancing efficiency with empathy. Your prior professional experience supporting neurodivergent households helps you approach each task with patience and respect, ensuring every family member's needs are met with care and consideration.

You enjoy both the strategic planning and the hands-on execution of managing a household. From Kosher-Style meal prep to laundry and family logistics, you take pride in keeping everything running smoothly and creating a welcoming, nurturing space. Above all, you have a positive, collaborative spirit, ready to partner with us to build a peaceful, well-organized, and supportive home environment. Your warmth and flexibility will be key in helping us thrive together.
