Weโ€™re seeking a Project Management Assistant to support our Installation & Fabrication Project Management team. This role blends administrative coordination, client communication, and project support โ€” ideal for someone whoโ€™s detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn the ins and outs of a legacy trade.


What Youโ€™ll Do


  • Prepare and write detailed project estimates and proposals
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to coordinate project details, timelines, and expectations
  • Support back-office administrative tasks related to project tracking, scheduling, and documentation
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless client experience


What Weโ€™re Looking For


  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in project coordination, design, or construction administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A design background or understanding of architectural plans is a big plus
  • A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude
