Job description

The Flooring Installer will play a key role in delivering high-quality flooring solutions across both residential and commercial projects. Working alongside other company installers, this role requires expertise in preparing materials, precise measurement and cutting, and skilled installation using standard equipment. Strong customer interaction and site cleanliness will ensure a positive client experience, with minimal travel expected.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials and clean surfaces prior to installation
  • Measure and cut flooring materials accurately
  • Install various flooring types including tile, LVP, and carpet
  • Interact professionally with customers on-site
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
  • Collaborate effectively with other company installers
  • Use standard installation equipment proficiently

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of flooring installation experience
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with carpet, hardwood, tile, and LVP installation
  • Proficient in measuring and cutting materials
  • Skilled in use of flooring tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
  • Excellent customer service skills
