? Flooring Associate – Join Our Winning Team in Birmingham!

Passionate about home improvement? We’re looking for Flooring Associates to join the action at our exciting new 135,000 sq ft Birmingham store!

What You’ll Do:
Assist customers in selecting the perfect flooring
Help customers with measurements and quantities
Keep the flooring department organized and stocked
Light assembly and setup of flooring displays

What You Bring:
A passion for customer service
Basic math skills (to calculate square footage and pricing)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Previous flooring knowledge is a plus, but not required!
