About the Role

PureDry Restoration is looking for an experienced Reconstruction Tradesman to join our growing reconstruction team. This hands-on position is ideal for a skilled trades professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys a variety of residential repair and remodeling projects.

As a Reconstruction Tradesman, you'll work closely with Project Managers to complete punch list items, warranty repairs, and work orders while helping return customers' homes to their pre-loss condition following water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Every day brings something different—from drywall repairs and finish carpentry to flooring, painting, and trim work.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.


What You'll Do
  • Complete punch list items to prepare projects for final completion and Certificate of Completion (COC)
  • Perform residential reconstruction work, including drywall, trim, paint, flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
  • Complete work orders and warranty repairs assigned by Project Managers
  • Install tile and complete tile repairs (preferred)
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship while completing projects efficiently
  • Identify quality concerns with subcontractor or trade work and communicate findings to the Project Manager
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at every job site
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners throughout the project
  • Protect customers' homes by using proper floor protection and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and inspection-ready
  • Accurately identify materials needed to complete assigned work
  • Refer questions regarding insurance, scheduling, estimates, or billing to the Project Manager

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in residential construction, reconstruction, remodeling, or finish carpentry
  • Ability to perform a variety of skilled trades including drywall, trim, paint, flooring, and general carpentry
  • Tile installation and repair experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional attitude with outstanding customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
