Job description

Title: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Job location: Holyoke, MA 01040

Property management company seeks maintenance technicians for local apartment complexes.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform routine repairs, maintain and update units in a timely manner including painting, flooring, appliances, cabinetry and other replacements.
  • Complete work orders promptly.
  • Responsible for on-call duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Assist unit turnover and maintain company safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

Applicants must have two years of building maintenance experience including plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, appliance repairs and unit turnover. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and own hand tools required.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Drug and background check mandatory.

Salary Range: $41,600 – 52,000.00 plus bonus
