To thrive as a Carpentry Foreman, you need strong leadership abilities, advanced carpentry skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes, typically supported by several years of hands-on experience and sometimes an associate degree or trade certification. Familiarity with construction management software, blueprint reading, and safety regulations is also essential.
