Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician responsible for delivering top-tier maintenance and repair services for commercial and industrial HVAC systems in Lakewood, Colorado. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work on varied projects, utilize advanced service technology, and foster strong client relationships. You will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, and execute minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as required. Operating a company vehicle, you'll travel to multiple customer sites while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Your role includes completing thorough inspections, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position involves a first-shift schedule (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), with some nights and weekends as needed.
